Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based approach to increasing mental health awareness and one's ability to respond and connect people to services. Participants learn to identify, understand, and respond to the mental health challenges of their peers, neighbors, and colleagues. Since the pandemic, rising levels of anxiety and depression have been reported, to include stressors in the workplace and concerns about mental health stigma. 

This package includes an 8-hour interactive session facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for up to 20 persons. Workbooks cost $20/each and are not included in the package. 

The package may be offered at the host's location or on-site at one of the EMHS centers. 
This package is valid for one year.
